Platform Update


The platform update has completed successfully.

The new beta dashboard is now available, and can be accessed from the current dashboard by clicking the “Beta Dashboard” link at the top of the dashboard, near “Account.”

Maintenance Planned

On Thursday, June 8, 2023, our hosted status page platform will undergo a feature update. Status pages should continue to function during the update. Do not hesitate to reach out over live chat, or email if you experience problems during or after this release.

This release adds a new dashboard, which will be released as an open beta alongside the existing dashboard. As we continue to work on the new dashboard, we encourage customers to provide feedback to our support team.

This release adds a new IssueTemplates REST API section, a re-work of our existing Issue Template feature, with support for arbitrary variables and better API-integration with Issues and Updates. The API version of IssueTemplates can be used via the new dashboard, mentioned above.

Furthermore, this release adds localization capabilities to Groups, Components, and Issues, allowing our users to maintain their status pages in multiple languages simultaneously. Subscriptions can choose their notification language, and will receive all communication in the selected language. These new localization features are only accessible from the new dashboard, mentioned above.

Finally, this release adds Polish language support to all status pages.
