The nameservers previously responding with NXDOMAIN (ns-a2.io and ns-a4.io) are now properly responding with the designated nameservers. We continue to monitor this situation.
The .io top-level domain provider is currently returning NXDOMAIN results on two nameservers: ns-a2.io and ns-a4.io. We have been seeing these intermittent resolution issues since 7:14 AM MDT. All .io domains are affected. Customers using custom domains (excluding .io) are not affected by this.
