Central Subscriptions Page

Subscribers are now accessible through a central subscriptions page on status page dashboards.

This change improves both dashboard user experience and subscriber management, as all types of subscribers can be accessed on a single page.

Improved Issue Templates

Issue template selection has been greatly improved. Templates can now be selected before component selection, if they do not require component context.

Along with this change, it’s now possible to predefine components for issue templates. This is useful for specific events which reoccur for a given set of components.

Display Names for Email Notifications

Outgoing email notifications now support custom display names, improving brand recognition for subscribers.

By configuring a display name on your Email Notifier, outgoing email notifications to subscribers will use a from address with the format Display Name <sender@example.com>.

Other Changes

PagerDuty

• It’s now possible to suppress future PagerDuty incidents if a PagerDuty issue is ongoing. This can be enabled with the “Suppress Future Incidents” option on your PagerDuty component.

Miscellaneous

• You can now decide whether subscribers are opted-in to a new component with the “Opt-in Subscribers” advanced option on components.
• The “new issue” button on component pages now populates the components field on the new issue form.
